Sto-ex, Inc. - Meet the Sto-ex team

On the lighter side, we thought we'd take the opportunity this month, to introduce you to the people that make things happen at Sto-ex:

Sto-ex, Inc. - Kentwood Location

Rick Huempfner: President. Rick is the founder of our company, and has guided its growth since 1977. When he is not working, Rick loves to hunt and fish. He is based at our Kentwood office.

John Nap: Accounting, payroll, accounts receivable and accounts payable. John makes certain that all of the money comes and goes in a timely manner, preferably coming in faster than it goes out!! John has been with us since the Wright Brothers first flight. John's hobbies include fishing and golf.

Phil Catalano: Southwest and South-Central Michigan sales rep, and general manager for Sto-ex/RTG. Phil calls on sub-contractors, general contractors, and architects. He spends much of his time doing architectural box lunches, promoting the future of our industry. When not out beating the bushes for Sto sales, Phil likes to deer hunt, play ice hockey, and playing his guitars. He specializes in life-threatening "mid-life crisis" activities such as, but not limited to: skydiving, motorcross racing, and snowboarding. Phil has been with Sto-ex since 1987, and works from the Kentwood branch.

Ray Redmond: Sales rep for Southwest and South-Central Michigan, with Phil Catalano. Ray is also the Southeast regional manager. Ray enjoys fishing and hunting in his free time. Ray has been with Sto-ex since 1981, with a brief sabbatical in the computer business from 1996 to 1998. Dan Olson: Operations manager of our Kentwood location. Dan makes sure that you receive what you want, when and where you want it, when it comes to Sto-ex materials. When he's not on his hi-lo, Dan enjoys ice hockey and deer hunting.
If you want Sto hats & t-shirts, bring donuts or pizza, and Dan will hook you up. Dan has been a valuable member of the Sto-ex team since 1995.

Mike Burchardt: Mike joined our team in September 2001. Mike works in the warehouse to make sure all of your orders get tinted and shipped. After putting in 90 hours a week of work, Mike's interests include fishing and sleeping-even if it has to be on the hi-lo.

Stephanie Keilholtz: Office manager/inside sales for Sto-ex. Stephanie processes your orders and schedules them for shipping for the Grand Rapidss location. She has been with Sto-ex since November of 1998. On her spare time her hobbies include traveling, fishing, camping, and spending time on her farm.

Julie VanDyke: Julie joined our team in May of 2007. Some of her responsibilities include: answering the phones, processing sample orders, submittals, and warranties. Julie also assists Stephanie with order entry. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering at her kids elementary school, reading and baking - all of us at Sto-ex also enjoy her baking :).

Sto-ex, Inc. - Troy Location

Rich Wiles: Warehouse manager for Troy. Rich does all of the tinting and warehouse duties for the SE market.
His hobbies include playing sports with his children and collecting baseball cards. Rich as been a hard working member of the Sto-ex crew since June 1999. Don Morse:

Sealants & Waterproofing

Paul Evola: Paul joined our Sto-ex team in May 2006. He brings over 15 years of experience in waterproofing and sealants. His personal interests include basket weaving and water ballet. (revised 3/16/07) Paul states: "I lost interest in Basket Weaving and can no longer compete in international water ballet competitions due to an issue I won't go into, so I've taken up new hobbies which include: Hunting, Fishing, Woodworking, and Motorcycles to occupy my time now."
